Open Unit Definitions Dataset
A compact machine-readable reference for unit definitions used in Solveberry's conversion methodology. Each record states its base unit, factor, whether the value is exact, its derivation or convention, and a primary reference.
JSONStructured records for apps, scripts and data pipelines.CSVFlat table for spreadsheets, analysis and teaching resources.Data licenseScoped CC0 1.0 public-domain dedication for these datasets only.
What this dataset is for
Use it to audit converter factors, build teaching examples, compare US and Imperial volume definitions, or seed a transparent conversion application. It deliberately separates exact unit definitions from cooking conventions.
