Yes. Enter the numeric price in your currency; the percentage arithmetic is the same.

Can a discount be over 100%?

The calculator accepts non-negative percentages, but discounts above 100% can produce a negative sale price and are rarely meaningful in normal retail use. Verify unusual promotions separately.

Can I use decimal values?

Yes. The calculator accepts decimal values where they are mathematically valid for the selected calculation.
